Below is the correct format in which to type your bibliography, or list of works cited.

You must have eight to ten sources, including one example of each of the types listed. Your final project must list them in alphabetical order, single spaced, double spaced between entries.

The bibliography always uses hanging indents--the first line is at the margin edge and all other lines are indented half an inch. To do this, highlight the entry (obviously only if it has more than one line), find the hanging indent tab at the top, and drag it half an inch.
